This exciting, interactive 16 hour advanced series is presented in four sessions and focuses entirely on the requirements of managers and executives. Effective managers must understand these key segments in the corporation in order to lead, influence, coach and counsel others. These are essential skills for meeting the challenges in today’s economy.
