Preston Robinson is a former sales operations manager for Coca-Cola Enterprise (now Coca-Cola Refreshments). As a sales operations manager Preston managed one of the largest, most diverse Coca-Cola sales and distribution facility in Atlanta. In his role he was responsible for all aspects of sales center operations including trade execution, customer service, expense management and people development, responsible for revenues exceeding $140M, operating budgets of $25M, operating profit of $23M, serving 5,000 customers across seven counties ranging from large supermarkets and discount stores to small and large convenience stores.
Preston managed and led more than 250 employees engaged in sales, customer service, delivery and warehousing.
Prior to his role as a sales operations manager Preston held various financial management positions in the Coca-Cola system, he began his career as an internal auditor was promoted to accounting manager; region planning manager and division controller. Preston also worked briefly as a region finance manager before moving into the sales operation role.
Mr. Robinson has over 20 year’s management experience working in the Coca-Cola system. Prior to joining the Coca-Cola system, Mr. Robinson was a CPA with the firm Coopers & Lybrand, in Pittsburgh, Pa.
During his tenure at Coke, Mr. Robinson served on the South Fulton Chamber Board of Directors and was Co-Chair of the Gwinnett Medical Foundation Fundraising Committee.
Preston is a graduate of Robert Morris University with a degree in accounting and business administration.
